Modular Homes Overview

We have been constructing modular homes for over 20 years. Through the years we have seen modular homes evolve into a high quality product which we are very proud to put the Santucci name on. Today's modular homes provide a buyer with the flexibility to completely customize the home with respect to design, building materials, and budget while never compromising the quality and integrity of the home. We have built modular homes from a modest 1,500 square feet to an extravagant 5,000 plus square feet. These homes are built in a controlled environment and are never exposed to the elements during the building process. This process creates a home that is built so incredible well it withstands travel, delivery, and the "set "process at the home site which creates the perfect scenario for excellence. Modular homes are all built according to the building codes and specification of the state and municipality where they will be delivered and meet the same building codes and zoning laws as site-built homes. They are also all eligible for financing through conventional mortgage institutions.

The Site

Our modular homes can be constructed on our land or yours. And if you are contemplating a land purchase, we also offer land purchase consulting. The Planning

When building a home, planning is the key and the possibilities are endless. No detail is too small and no question is too trivial. We have many styles and floor plans to choose from that can be changed and customized to your wants, needs, and budget. You can customize floor plans, kitchens, bathrooms, moldings, windows, doors, cabinetry, siding, and much more. We don't just hand you a plan, we help you plan from concept to completion.

The Process

Our building process is very flexible. "We do as much or as little as you want." We can build you a, ready to move in, "turn key" home where we handle everything from beginning to end...Or, you can choose to do all or part of the finish work yourself. If this is the case, we will expertly guide and consult with you every step of the way to ensure an excellent finished product. Our goal is for you to be happy with your new home.
